Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at thepawsomepalscompany@gmail.com. Please include your order number so we are able to identify your purchase.
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were sold including the original packaging and any tags intact. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are not in perfect condition. Please ensure that when retuning the items are well packed. Unfortunately we do not accept liability for items that are lost or damaged in transit and would recommended that you obtain proof of postage and return the items recorded delivery.
Delivery charges will apply to exchange and refund unless the items are deemed faulty.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. We MUST be made aware within 7 days of the arrival of your items. We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you or organise a full return following receiving the items back.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the items back from you and will be made via the original payment method. When return items with a discount code, this will be deducted from the refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
