Cancellations
If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us immediately at thepawsomepalscompany@gmail.com. We will make every effort to assist you. However, please note that we are unable to cancel or amend orders once they have been dispatched. In such cases, you will need to return the item(s) at your own expense and place a new order.
Returns
We gladly accept returns within 30 days, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging. We recommend trying items on your pup indoors and ensuring they remain in a saleable condition. To process a refund, email us at thepawsomepalscompany@gmail.com with your order number and name, and we will provide the return address. Please note, refunds will not be issued for items that are worn or returned in unsatisfactory condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
A refund form is included with every order and must be completed if you are requesting a refund. Please include your order number, full name, and contact email address for identification purposes. We will send you a confirmation email within 7 days of receiving the returned items.
In the unlikely event that your items arrive damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. A full refund, including the shipping fee, will be provided.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return policy outlined above and place a new order.
